Are you worried about an employee? As well as helping NHS employees who are on sickness absence get back to work quicker, OHSxtra want to help you support your staff in order to prevent absence.
Studies prove that early intervention dramatically increases the possibility of people returning to work - if a member of staff is struggling with a health or welfare problem OHSxtra can help even before they have taken sickness absence.
If you wish to refer an employee for this support, please discuss it with them and, with their agreement, refer them as set out for your Health Board. You are not able to refer an employee for the OHSxtra programme without their consent. You should provide a copy of the referral form to your employee.
